Wanderlust Whistler is an all-out celebration of mindful living. Come together in the stunning Coast Mountains and surround yourself with a dynamic family of one-of-a-kind instructors, musicians, speakers, chefs and fellow celebrants for a festival of blissful exploring. Step up into a space bright with new ideas, new friends, new foods and new moves this summer.

Wanderlust Whistler is a journey, where different paths are open for different people to explore and the meeting of like-minded individuals is facilitated. Bring a friend or make a whole group of new ones on a multi-day mountaintop adventure or a daylong retreat.

Music and Performances

Music is woven into the fabric of the festival with sweet acoustics during practices and top artists on the main stage.

Artists for 2019 include: Broken Social Scene, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Papagroove and more.


Yoga & Meditation

The festival hosts a selection of local and international teachers, representing a broad spectrum of yoga disciplines and teaching styles. Be inspired with new teachers and returning favourites.

Teachers for 2019 include: Eoin Finn, Guru Jagat, Bryan Kest, janet Stone, Annie Langlois and more.


Speakeasy Lectures

The Speakeasy is Wanderlust Festival’s unique lecture series on subjects pertaining to the mindful life, featuring intimate and informal talks from a wide range of presenters including prominent yoga teachers, musicians, authors, leading figures in the areas of wellness and spirituality, and much more.

Speakers for 2019 include: Cheryl Strayed, Eoin Finn, Deanna Minich, Insiya Rasiwala-Finn and more.


Hikes, Runs and Fitness Classes

Guided hikes and runs enable attendees to explore the connection between nature, yoga and music amongst the stunning natural beauty of the Coast Mountains. Choose from a series of activities with a different focus, from live music meditation to explorations of local flora and fauna and sunrise or sunset hikes.


Outdoor Adventures, SUP, Slacklining and More

Get off your mat and experience flow of a different kind. Whistler’s mountains provide endless opportunities to challenge yourself in new, beautiful surroundings. Try standup paddleboard yoga, mountain biking, rock climbing, ziplining, or hooping and slacklining.


Food

Expand your knowledge about the bounties of the local region at Wanderlust’s evening, family-style, farm-to-table dinners. Local farmers and chefs collaborate to craft a nourishing feast showcasing all that is fresh, sustainable and delicious about the local food scene.


Markets

Wanderlust Whistler features a unique Kula Market that showcases exhibitors and not-for-profit organizations that align with the Wanderlust vision. The market is free and open to the public. Attendees may also wish to visit the Whistler Farmers’ Market in the Upper Village for fresh local produce.
